    Board of Directors Election
    For 2026 we are thankful that several members of our neighborhood community have agreed to be     nominated for the HOA Board of Directors. Our By-Laws state the Board must consist of at least 5, but no more than 9 Directors. If 7 or more Directors serve, at least 2 must represent Grayrock North and at least 5 must represent Grayrock. Directors serve 3-year terms. The community at large elects the Directors following the annual meeting and officers are then nominated and elected by the Board of Directors at their first regular meeting after the annual meeting.

    To vote for all nominees, please place a check by “Vote for ALL nominees”. You may also vote for individual nominees by placing a check by each name or write in a different homeowner name below if you prefer.
