Neighborhood Reminders

To help your HOA maintain a beautiful, walkable, and safe neighborhood, please follow these guidelines:
  1. Avoid parking in the street overnight for more than a couple of days in a row. It is fine for guests to park on the street for brief visits.
  2. Do not park across, or partially blocking, the sidewalk. Sidewalks are for walking; garages and driveways are for parking.
  3. Keep the sidewalk in front of your house clear of overhanging trees or shrubs to allow unimpeded walking. Trim any trees or other vegetation that overhang or spill onto the sidewalk.
  4. Swimming in the Grayrock ponds is not allowed.
  5. Don’t forget to submit an Application for Architectural Change to the Design Review Committee (DRC), with $5 fee, before embarking on any permanent change to your house or property.
  6. Please respect the speed limit and drive safely; watch for children.
