Neighborhood Reminders

To help your HOA maintain a beautiful, walkable, and safe neighborhood, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Street parking should be used only when necessary, and for short periods of time. It is fine for guests to park on the street for brief visits.  When using the street to park, please make sure the vehicle is completely off the roadway so cars may pass without obstruction.

  2. Do not park across, or partially blocking, the sidewalk. Sidewalks are for walking; garages and driveways are for parking.

  3. Keep the sidewalk in front of your house clear of overhanging trees or shrubs to allow unimpeded walking. Trim any trees or other vegetation that overhang or spill onto the sidewalk.

  4. Swimming in the Grayrock ponds is not allowed.

  5. Don’t forget to submit an Application for Architectural Change to the Design Review Committee (DRC), with $5 fee, before embarking on any permanent change to your house or property.

  6. Please respect the speed limit and drive safely; watch for children.
