The Grayrock Homeowners Association, common areas, and amenities are currently managed by the Grayrock Homeowners' Association Board of Directors. Please direct any questions or concerns to the board at our email address GrayrockHOA@gmail.com.
Our board is made up of volunteers that live in our community who want to make our neighborhood a place we can be proud of. All homeowners are encouraged to participate in some way with the board.

Board meetings are generally held on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
The next board meeting will be Tuesday, March 24th at 7:00 pm in the Crozet Library.

Neighborhood Reminders
To help your HOA maintain a beautiful, walkable, and safe neighborhood, please follow these guidelines:
Street parking should be used only when necessary, and for short periods of time. It is fine for guests to park on the street for brief visits. When using the street to park, please make sure the vehicle is completely off the roadway so cars may pass without obstruction.
Do not park across, or partially blocking, the sidewalk. Sidewalks are for walking; garages and driveways are for parking.
Keep the sidewalk in front of your house clear of overhanging trees or shrubs to allow unimpeded walking. Trim any trees or other vegetation that overhang or spill onto the sidewalk.
Swimming in the Grayrock ponds is not allowed.
Don’t forget to submit an Application for Architectural Change to the Design Review Committee (DRC), with $5 fee, before embarking on any permanent change to your house or property.
Please respect the speed limit and drive safely; watch for children.
