Design Review Committee

Starting a new home improvement project? Any permanent change to the exterior of the property from it’s original condition must be approved by the Design Review Committee prior to work beginning. Please complete the form below to begin the process and submit your design plans. You may also download a copy of the form to submit your request via mail. A $5 fee must be submitted with any request. Payment may be made online in the payment portal after submitting your request, or by mail.

OWNERS ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:
 
I/We UNDERSTAND that:

  1. No work on this request shall commence until written approval has been received by me.

  2. Any construction or exterior alteration undertaken by me, or in my behalf, before approval of this application is not allowed; that, if alterations are made, I may be required to return the property to its former condition at my own expense if this application is disapproved wholly or in part; and that I may be required to pay all legal expenses incurred.

  3. Any approval is contingent upon construction or alteration being completed in a workman-like manner.

  4. Members of the ARC are permitted to make a routine inspection.

  5. A copy of this application will be returned to me after review by the DRC.

  6. There are architectural requirements covered by the Covenants and a review board process as established by the Board of Directors.

  7. The alteration granted by this application will be revoked automatically if the alterations have not been completed within 120 days of the approved date of this application. If additional time is needed, a written request must be submitted to the committee for approval.

  8. All proposed improvements must meet County and State codes. My signature indicates that these standards are met to the best of my knowledge. I understand that application for all building permit(s) are my responsibility.

  9. Any variation from the original application must be re-submitted for approval.
