Grayrock HOA Disclosure Packets
Are you selling your home in Grayrock or Grayrock North and need an HOA disclosure packet? Please complete this form with the agent contact information and any special information. The Board will verify that the property is current with annual assessments, the exterior property condition, and poperty compliance with HOA covenants.
The cost of the disclosure packet is $175 and must be paid at the time the packet is requested. Work will not begin until payment has been received. Payment may be made by check to the address below, or by card using the payment portal after submitting your form.
The disclosure packet will be submitted to the buyer's authorized agent electronically.
We are a community managed volunteer HOA. Completion of the disclosure packet can take up to 14 days to complete the request. Please be patient.
