​First Time Users:
  1. Complete Sign-up on Gladly site, specifically including Name, Address, and Email.
  2. Choose the “Payments” Tab on the Left
  3. Choose “Make A One-Time Payment” on the Top Right
  4. Select Your Address and click Next
  5. Set Payment Amount
    1. If paying 2022 annual dues, amount should be $337
    2. Disclosure Fees, Architectural Reviews, or Late Dues, choose “Other” and enter the amount you are paying
    3. Add any clarifying notes to ensure proper application of your payment
  6. Enter Credit Card Information and click Submit Payment

Important Note:
Gladly will charge $2.00 plus 3% for every credit card transaction. (Ex: a $150 payment would carry a $6.50 convenience fee).
